Seasonal activities
A seasonal activity is a seasonal activity type associated with a specific Baseline, season, and product and / or additional identifier. The pipeline reads seasonal activities from the BSS 'Seas Cal' worksheet in Column A, if present.
Seasonal activities contain the following fields:

Livelihood Zone Baseline: The Livelihood Zone Baseline connected to this seasonal activity.

Seasonal Activity Type: The type of activity this is.

Season: The season or seasons in which this activity occurs.

Product: The CPC code and name of a product related to this seasonal activity, if applicable.

Additional identifier: Any additional text that helps identify the seasonal activity.

Key Seasonal Activity? Is this seasonal activity essential to the livelihood zone baseline such that it should appear in the Livelihood Explorer? For example, perhaps for livestock vaccinations not enough villages reported this activity as relevant or perhaps there was not a clear season for the activity to merit designating this as a key seasonal activity.
Activity occurrences
Activity occurrences are the specific times when a Seasonal Activity is undertaken in a Community or in the Livelihood Zone as a whole. These are documented in the BSS 'Seas Cal' worksheet, if present.
Seasonal activity occurrences include the following fields:

Seasonal activity: The seasonal activity (not seasonal activity type) related to this occurrence. The menu options here will display seasonal activities as a combination of Livelihood Zone Baseline, seasonal activity type, and product.

Livelihood Zone Baseline: The Livelihood Zone Baseline connected to this seasonal activity.

Community or village: The community where this activity occurred.

Start day: The numeric day of the year when the activity starts. The system will automatically convert the first day of the start month in the BSS to a day of the year.

End day: The numeric day of the year when the activity ends. The system will automatically convert the last day of the end month in the BSS to a day of the year.
Note that if a Community is specified then the Seasonal Activity Occurrence contains the period that the Activity occurred, as reported by that Community. If the Community is null, it is because the pipeline read the values from the “Results” section, meaning the Seasonal Activity Occurrence represents the consolidated and reconciled (summary) period for that Baseline’s Seasonal Activity.
